Booking Details

All prices are in Thai Baht
To book a room or bungalow a 50% deposit payment is required
Transfer from Thong Sala Pier to the Resort is free of charge for bookings over 3 nights otherwise is available at 200 THB per person (minimum 2 people).
All room rates are for 2 persons including FREE BREAKFAST.
Maximum occupancy is 5 persons per room.
Childrens breakfast surcharge is 100 THB per meal (Children under 9 years old).
The Jacuzzi charge is 700 Baht in the low and high seasons and 1,000 Baht in the peak season. Jacuzzis can be added to each room style except the Standard Hotel Room.
Extra bed is 700 THB (Adult) per night including breakfast.
Baby cot is available at 400 THB per night.
Credit cards are accepted: VISA and MasterCard.
Check-out time: 11:00 hrs.
Safety deposit box is available in every room type.
Free Wi-Fi is available in every room.
Welcome drink upon arrival.
Maximum occupancy is 5 persons in a Beachfront Villa and three people in other room styles.
The pricing is based upon 2 persons per room. Additional guests will incurr the extra bed fee.

Booking Restrictions

Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights.
New Year Reservations: A minimum stay is 5 nights.
Christmas Reservations: A minimum stay is 3 nights.
Compulsory Christmas Dinner is 1,500 THB (children 4 - 12 are 750 Baht per person)
New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights.
Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner is 1,500 THB (children 4 - 12 are 750 Baht per person)

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Low and High Season: Cancellation notice required of 8 days notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. High Season: Cancellation notice required of 15 days notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Peak Season: Cancellation notice required of 31 days notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
5. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2 - 4 above - less any transaction costs.
6. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
